Family Sponsorship

If you are a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada aged 18 or older, you may be able to sponsor certain family members to become Canadian permanent residents through the Family sponsorship program. The process of family sponsorship immigration can be complex and lengthy. Join us for this session where we will give an introduction and overview of family sponsorship.

Express Entry

Express Entry is an online system that IRCC uses to manage immigration applications from skilled workers. Applicants are assessed on multiple factors such as age, language, work experience and education. Join us for an online overview of the programs managed under Express Entry with Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Jennifer Hay of de Bakker Law.

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program

Along with federal programs for immigration, each province has their own Provincial Nominee Program. These are province-specific pathways to permanent residency. The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program is Ontario’s PNP Program. There are various streams for applicants to apply and stay in Ontario. Join Jennifer Hay, RCIC of de Bakker Law for an online overview of the program under the OINP.
